Nina Santos - Principal & Founder

Investments and Development

Founder and currently leads the Retail & Hospitality division. She advises and performs investment intensives on behalf of the company & Family Offices. Nina is responsible for providing strategic leadership globally and delivering the company's long-term plans. In this role, she is Head of Business Investment Strategy and Development with a focus on expanding products and territories through inorganic and organic growth initiatives. 

Through family offices and career experience, Nina has gained a wide range of different industries, ranging from retail,  and product services to hospitality.


Robin Bowman - Managing Director

Emerging Technology Division

Currently leads the Emerging Technology within AGDAN. Robyn Bowman’s experience in the tech credit industry dates back to 1991 when she accepted a job at Triad Financial Services in Bloomington, MN. While earning praise for high recovery rates, her services began to be sought after by the largest Recovery Agencies in the Minneapolis Area. Associated Bureaus Inc. was the largest agency in 1992. While with ABI, she earned eight consecutive “Collector of the Month” awards among a staff of 150 collectors. 


Anthony Tesselaar - Managing Director
Tax Portfolio Advisor - USA & Australia markets
Currently leads the Taxes & Technology Sector within AGDAN and is a tax consultant since 2003 and is an expert in personal and business taxes. Having clients across the U.S. from small to large businesses and helping them protect their assets.
Prior to tax consultation, Anthony was the lead IT Administrator for Kroboth International in the U.S. and at ATI in Australia.
Was in the Royal Australian Army as a member of the Royal Australian Engineer Core specializing in Radio Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator, Site Manager, Security Manager, Demolitions, Weapons, Planning, Construction, Site Development, Road design and Construction.

Pablo Lopez - Managing Director
Alternative Investment Advisor - Costa Rica & Central America
Pablo manages the Alternative Investment Advisory for the Central American markets within AGDAN. Pablo spends his time between Connecticut and Costa Rica. 


Celine Buendia - Associate
Asset Advisor - Restaurant & Cruise Ship Division
Celine coordinates the Restaurant & Hotel sector within AGDAN and has been in the Hotel & Restaurant Management industry since 2013. She holds a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a specialty in Cruise Ship Services. When she takes off her Advisory hat, she enjoys traveling and visiting well-hidden eats in New York City and surrounding areas.  


Jaicel Asegurado 
Marketing & Public Relations Advisor
Founder & Editor in Chief for Teal magazine, Jaicel currently leads the AGDAN Marketing & PR efforts. She is a Broadcasting major who’s not only huge fan of print but also a museum and concertgoer.  She is based out of both D.C. & New York City.
